No. We provide professionals matched to your need and interested in your job, but the final choice is up to you.

Dah Music Linx's thoroughly screens all musician/singers before they are included in our network so you can be confident in your selection. You can also use profile information and Ratings & Reviews from past customers to help decide who's best for you. Our mission is to create a better connection between the right event planner and the right musician/singer. We want your event to go just right!

What is the Service Guarantee?
At Dah Music Linx, we want you to be satisfied when you submit a request for support for any event. All we ask is that you let us know who you hire, and how your event went. If you were not satisfied we ask that you indicate this in your evaluation. If a musician/singer is a no show: You will receive a full refund of the cost of associated with the transaction with dah Music Linx.

Managing Your Relationship With a Service Professional

What if I change my mind during an event and want to cancel a contract?
The decision to stop a project will have to be worked out between you and the service professional. Expect to pay for work up to that point. We ask that you remember to come back to our Web site to complete your Ratings & Reviews survey.

What is Dah Music Linx's course of action upon receiving a complaints?
Feedback is vital to the quality of service our member musicians/singers provide. However, as with any grievance process, we first evaluate both sides of the issue before making a final decision. Often, an unpleasant experience is the result of a simple misunderstanding between the two parties. However, if we recognize a pattern, we do reserve the right to remove either or both parties from our network.

Our Screening Process

What is the screening process Dah Music Linx?
Dah Music Linx.com uses the following criteria as part of its registration enrollment process ("registration") for new Musicians/singers:

  • Profile Dah Music Linx receives the profile input by the Musician/Singer. The profile includes a reference sheet supplied by the last two event coordinators that the musician/singer provided a service to.
  • Video/CDs a recent recording of themselves are required to complete the profile.

Note: Member service professional information confirmed as described above may change or expire over time; while Dah Music Linx attempts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, and confirms changes when notified, we cannot guarantee that profile and screening information is accurate. Therefore, we recommend that before working with a service professional you verify that information presented is still current and/or acceptable to you.

What is your screening process for a member to become Dah Music Linx Certified?
To be Dah music Linx Certified, a member service professional must meet all the requirements for basic membership. In addition, they must have a minimum of three satisfied customer ratings from current Dah Music Linx customers.

Pricing

How does Dah Music Linx get paid if this is a free service?
Musicians pay advertising fees to participate in Dah Music Linx's network. Our service providers are categorized as vocalists or instrumentalist, they specify the instrument they play, the genre of music in which they are proficient and the geography they serve. Member event planners pay a small fee monthly and 5% per contract. Non-member event planners pay double the monthly event planner member fee per event and 5% per contract.
